Ingredients

– 1 cup vegetable scraps (carrots, celery, onion) 🥕
– 1/2 cup sea salt 🧂
– 1/4 cup dried herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano) 🌿
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder 🧄
– 1 tablespoon onion powder 🧅
– 1 teaspoon black pepper 🌶️

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). 🔥
2. Spread the vegetable scraps on a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour until dried. ⏳
3. Let the scraps cool, then blend them in a food processor until finely ground. 🥣
4. In a bowl, mix the ground vegetable scraps with sea salt, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. 🌪️
5. Blend the mixture again until well combined and powdered. ⚡
6. Store your homemade bouillon powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. 🏺
