Ingredients
– 1 cup vegetable scraps (carrots, celery, onion) 
– 1/2 cup sea salt 
– 1/4 cup dried herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano) 
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
– 1 tablespoon onion powder 
– 1 teaspoon black pepper 
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). 
2. Spread the vegetable scraps on a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour until dried. 
3. Let the scraps cool, then blend them in a food processor until finely ground. 
4. In a bowl, mix the ground vegetable scraps with sea salt, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. 
5. Blend the mixture again until well combined and powdered. 
6. Store your homemade bouillon powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
