Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the cheese mixture.
  3. Roll the cheese balls in chopped nuts until fully coated.
  4. Insert a lollipop stick into each cheese ball.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
