Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package lollipop sticks
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the cheese mixture.
- Roll the cheese balls in chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cheese ball.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
