Description

A delicious meatloaf made with turkey and stuffing, topped with a sweet cranberry glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, celery, eggs, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix well and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
  5. In the last 10 minutes of baking, spread cranberry sauce over the top.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest before slicing.

Notes

  • For a moister meatloaf, add more broth.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
