Description
A delicious meatloaf made with turkey and stuffing, topped with a sweet cranberry glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, celery, eggs, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix well and form into a loaf shape.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
- In the last 10 minutes of baking, spread cranberry sauce over the top.
- Remove from oven and let rest before slicing.
Notes
- For a moister meatloaf, add more broth.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
