Description

The Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos Box is a playful and deliciously indulgent twist on classic cheesecake and nachos—perfect for parties, date nights, or anytime you’re craving a fun dessert. Crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips serve as the base, paired with a rich, fluffy cheesecake dip and a sweet strawberry topping. Every bite is packed with crunch, creaminess, and fruity sweetness, making this an irresistible treat that’s as fun to eat as it is to serve.

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
6 small flour tortillas (cut into triangles)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Dip:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Strawberry Topping:
1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter and sprinkle generously with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Allow to cool completely; chips will crisp up as they cool.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Dip:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined and fluffy.
3. Assemble the Box:
Place the cinnamon sugar chips into one section of your box or serving platter.
Spoon the cheesecake dip into a small bowl or section of the box.
Add the strawberry pie filling into a separate section or bowl.
4. Serve and Enjoy:
Dip the crispy cinnamon sugar chips into the creamy cheesecake dip and sweet strawberry topping for the ultimate dessert experience!

Notes

  • Make-Ahead Friendly: Bake the chips and prep the cheesecake dip ahead of time. Assemble just before serving to keep chips crisp.

  • Tortilla Tip: For best results, use thin flour tortillas for a crispier chip. Air-frying the chips is also a great alternative to baking.

  • Cheesecake Dip Variation: Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a tangier dip or swap the vanilla with almond extract for a nutty twist.

  • Topping Options: Substitute strawberry filling with cherry, blueberry, or raspberry pie filling for a different flavor profile.

  • Serving Style: This works beautifully in a sectioned snack box or on a large platter for dipping and sharing.

  • Extra Indulgence: Drizzle with chocolate syrup, white chocolate, or caramel for added flair and flavor.
