Description

Looking for an appetizer that’s packed with flavor and guaranteed to wow your guests? Spicy Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are your answer! These bite-sized wraps are creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. With shredded buffalo chicken, tangy cream cheese, and gooey cheese all rolled up in soft tortillas, they’re perfect for game-day spreads, parties, or even a fun snack. Plus, they’re super easy to make ahead of time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Step 1:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside.

Step 2:
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Stir in ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions for extra flavor.

Step 3:
Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.

Step 4:
Top the cream cheese layer with the buffalo chicken mixture, spreading it evenly over the tortilla.

Step 5:
Roll the tortillas tightly into a log shape. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 6:
Remove the wraps from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange them on a platter and serve!
