Ingredients
1 cup flavored vodka (e.g., strawberry or blue raspberry)
1 cup boiling water
1 (3 oz) package of Jello (matching flavor to vodka)
1 cup cold water
2-3 packets of Pop Rocks candy
Shot glasses or small plastic cups
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the Jello powder.
Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add the cold water and flavored vodka to the mixture, stirring well.
Pour the liquid into shot glasses or small plastic cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Jello is fully set.
Just before serving, sprinkle a generous amount of Pop Rocks on top of each Jello shot.
Serve immediately, as the Pop Rocks will start to react with the moisture in the Jello.
