For the Cake:
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1¾ cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup whole milk
For the Topping:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients with sour cream and milk. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool.
- Brush cooled cake with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar topping.
