- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Spread mozzarella and feta cheese on one slice of bread.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and sliced olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and top with the second slice of bread.
- Grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
