  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.

Step 3: Pour & Bake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
  • Sprinkle nutmeg on top for extra flavor (optional).
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly wobbly.

Step 4: Cool & Serve

  • Let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm or chilled for the best texture.

Notes

  • Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
  • Dust with powdered sugar for a simple garnish.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
