- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 3: Pour & Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top for extra flavor (optional).
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
- Let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm or chilled for the best texture.

- Dust with powdered sugar for a simple garnish.
