Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1 teaspoon lavender syrup or steeped lavender
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the coconut water and coconut milk in advance.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the coconut water, coconut milk, and lavender syrup.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frothy.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
