Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over cooked rice for a complete and delicious meal.
Notes
- Substitute broccoli or bell peppers with zucchini, snap peas, or mushrooms based on your preference.
- For added spice, include 1-2 teaspoons of gochujang or red pepper flakes.
