Description
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O mix (1 box)
- 1 cup hot water
- Β½ cup cold water
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix (1 box)
- 8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip) (1 tub)
- 24 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, and sliced
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows (1 bag)
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Add cold water, stir again, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to cool slightly.
Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix into the chilled Jell-O mixture until smooth.
Refrigerate again for 15-20 minutes.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated and no streaks remain.
Fold in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to thicken.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For best results, ensure the crushed pineapple is well-drained to prevent excess moisture.
- Fresh strawberries add a vibrant flavor, but frozen (thawed and drained) can work in a pinch.
- Let the salad chill for at least 2 hours to achieve the perfect creamy texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
