- 1 cup chicken broth

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, corn, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken.
- Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are well combined and the chicken is fully covered.
- Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir well to blend with the chili.
- Add the lime juice and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese, if desired.
