This delicious crockpot cheesesteak potato casserole combines all the flavors of a classic cheesesteak in a creamy, comforting dish.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer half of the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Top with half of the sliced beef, onion, and bell pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables of your choice.
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños.
