Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole

Description

This delicious crockpot cheesesteak potato casserole combines all the flavors of a classic cheesesteak in a creamy, comforting dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Top with half of the sliced beef, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.
  • Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables of your choice.
  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños.
