Ingredients
- 4 chicken sausages
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces penne or fusilli pasta
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Cook the Sausages:
