Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain off any fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over top of casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.
