Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground beef until browned. Drain any grease.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, then add uncooked Minute Rice. Stir to combine.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the rice is fully tender.
Remove the lid and mix in salsa and cheddar cheese until thoroughly blended.
Serve hot and enjoy!
