This flavorful Taco Rice is the perfect side dish or quick main course! Ground beef is seasoned with taco seasoning and combined with fluffy Minute Rice, salsa, and melted cheddar cheese for a deliciously hearty meal. It’s an easy, one-pan wonder that’s sure to be a hit at any dinner table!


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground beef until browned. Drain any grease.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, then add uncooked Minute Rice. Stir to combine.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the rice is fully tender.
Remove the lid and mix in salsa and cheddar cheese until thoroughly blended.
Serve hot and enjoy!
