- 4 bread rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bread rolls and remove some of the insides to create space for the filling.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, ham or bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each bread roll with the egg mixture.
- Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
