Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to cool. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.

Step 3: Brown the Beef

In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add the chopped onion and sautΓ© until soft and translucent.

Step 4: Combine Ingredients

Reduce heat to low. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the milk and stir until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Step 5: Assemble the Bake

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Step 6: Top and Bake

Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and crumbled bacon over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
