1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon mustard

4 hamburger buns


Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Onion

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft and translucent, about 3–4 minutes.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it into small pieces with a spatula and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.

 

Step 4: Combine Meat and Sauce

Pour the sauce mixture over the browned beef and onions. Stir thoroughly to coat the meat evenly. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
