1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
Whipped cream, for topping
Chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
In a third bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually beat in milk until well combined.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then gently stir in the peanut butter mixture.
Spoon the filling into the pre-baked pie crust, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serve topped with whipped cream and chopped peanuts, offering a decadent dessert that’s rich with the creamy, sweet flavors of peanut butter and a delightful texture contrast.

Notes

  • Pie Crust Options: Use a pre-baked graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust for a different twist.

  • Texture Tip: If you prefer a firmer filling, increase the amount of cream cheese or refrigerate overnight for extra set.

  • Topping Ideas: Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup or sprinkle with mini chocolate chips for a fun variation.

  • Storage: Keep the pie refrigerated for up to 3 days for the best flavor and texture.
